This retrospective descriptive study used data medical record Dr. Soetomo General Hospital 2015-2020. total sampling got 18 patients total. were mostly females (n=15), age group 40-49 years old (n=8). main complaint was enlargement nodule neck. TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) levels majorly higher than normal range (n=8) meanwhile FT4 (n=6) low (n=6). positivity TPOAb (antibody against peroxidase) merely found one patient. majority result Doppler ultrasound examinations revealed Hashimoto’s (n=7). FNAB (fine needle aspiration biopsy) performed on 11 patients. A examination conducted 9 who underwent thyroidectomy.
